Our law firm currently operates two braches in the Czech Republic - in Prague and in Brno. We mainly concentrate on the provision of legal services to corporate clientele from mid-size firms and corporations of supranational concerns conducting business activities in Europe and abroad. Especially lately, as a part of our complex services, we have also been advising smaller companies and enterprises which consider high standard of preparation of legal documents, especially contracts, a must of their business activity and which want to expand the scope of their activities, whether geographically or corporately.
Our lawyers (eight at present) advise our clients in Czech, German, English, Slovak, French and Russian. While our original goal was to primarily serve Czech and German speaking clientele, we are expanding our services by conducting transactions with Russian, French, Slovak and Dutch element. Our goal is to provide individual legal services to each client based on his specific needs.
We do not see advocacy strictly as a construction, application or formulation of law, we rather perceive it as an activity aimed at providing our clients with high-quality, exact, and rigorous support of the their economical interests while eliminating or minimizing the risks. Because all of the attorneys working for our law firm are fluent at least in Czech, German and English and also possess multiyear experiences from international law firms, we are able to utilize the extensive know-how from international setting without losing the understanding for the specificities of the Czech legal, cultural, and social environment.
Our goal and strategy is a long-term intensive cooperation with our client, whom we provide with legal guidance corresponding with his needs and expectations.
Prague
The Prague branch office is headed by JUDr. Vladimír Chýský. Following his graduation from the Faculty of law and Faculty of philosophy /degree in philosophy/ of the Masaryk University in Brno, JUDr. Chýský participated in preparation of the public administration reform, while employed by the Ministry of Interior. Thereafter, JUDr.Chýský worked for more than five years, first as an advocate trainee, then as an attorney, in an international law firm. JUDr. Chýský speaks fluently German and English. He primarily specializes in commercial and civil law with emphasis on corporate law and law of liabilities, real estate, mergers, acquisitions, as well as the legal aspects of transport and spedition.
Brno
The Brno branch office is headed by JUDr. Ondřej Doležal. JUDr. Doležal graduated from the Faculty of law of the Masaryk University in Brno and the Faculty of social sciences of the Charles University in Prague; thereafter he worked for more than five years in foreign law firms. He speaks fluently German and English. He specializes in labor law, commercial law, due-diligence projects, IT-LAW, as well as in legal aspects of protection of economic competition.
