Our practice
Our law firm provides services in all areas of law. Services in the areas of family and criminal law are provided through our cooperating external attorneys, specialized in these areas of law. The main area of our practice is corporate law, law of liabilities, labor law, transport law as well as law of civil proceedings and bankruptcy proceedings.
We actively collaborate with cooperating law firms in Austria, Germany, and in Slovakia, in order to provide our clients with legal services of highest quality even beyond the borders of the Czech Republic.
The conditions of provision of legal services
The compensation for the provided legal services is negotiated individually just as our services are tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Generally, in our practice, the compensation is agreed upon hourly rate, however, when the nature of the case calls for it, we are prepared to offer our clients flat fee compensation based on ahead agreed upon scope of legal services.
We offer contractual compensation always in light of the economical interests of our clients, mainly to the value of the transaction subject. If there is danger that the final compensation would not be adequate to the value, we forewarn our clients thereof and recommend alternate legal steps
