Specialization
We specialize in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, real estates, labour law and competition law. We represent key players from the fields of railways, logistics and transportation, construction, development, machinery, chemical industry, farmacy and waste management.
Aim
We do not see advocacy strictly as a construction, application or formulation of law, we rather perceive it as an activity aimed at providing our clients with high-quality, exact, and rigorous support of the their economical interests while eliminating or minimizing the risks. Because all of the attorneys working for our law firm are fluent at least in Czech, German and English and also possess multiyear experiences from international law firms, we are able to utilize the extensive know-how from international setting without losing the understanding for the specificities of the Czech legal, cultural, and social environment.
